Miss Mildred N. Weber

Miss Mildred N. Weber, 88, a retired grade school teacher at Jackson School and librarian at Batavia High School, died Tuesday, July 2, 1996, at Genesee Memorial Hospital.

Miss Weber was born September 6, 1907, in Middlebury, a daughter of the late William and Kathryn Bauer Weber.

She was a graduate of Buffalo State Normal School's Class of 1927 and a member of the New York State Retired Teachers Association. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church and its choir and was a Bible School teacher.

Surviving are a sister, Hazel Kelly of LeRoy; two nephews and their wives, Arnold and Marion Kelly of LeRoy and Vernon and Patricia Kelly of Oakfield; two great-nephews and a great-niece.

Friends may call from noon to 1 pm Friday at H.E. Turner and Co, Funeral Home, 403 East Main St., where services will follow at 1. Burial will be in Forest Hilll Cemetery, Attica. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
