Since 1959:
I graduated from Buffalo State and taught in Western NY until 1969. I then went to graduate school in educational research. Next I taught at Wake Forest University. Then we moved to Long Island where I spent most of my working career at an intermediate school district and teaching college. When I retired eight years ago we moved back to Western NY to be near our daughter and her family. We spend a fair amount of our time traveling including Ireland, Germany, Sicily, Paris, Rome, and most recently Thailand. I drive to Batavia every couple of months to get my haircut from the best barber in Western NY, Richie Lamkin and to stop at Olivers.
